Certified Pharmacy Technician Training for ESOL


This Certified Pharmacy Technician program is specially designed for English language learners with an intermediate level of English. It begins with intensive English instruction (ESOL) focusing on customer service in the pharmacy setting and pharmacy vocabulary, followed by the Pharmacy Technician training.

Training Details

Location: 7 Glenwood Avenue, LL, East Orange, NJ

9:00 am to 2:30 pm, Mondays through Friday

ESOL instruction

125 hours of Pharmacy-related classroom instruction

100 hours of hands-on externship

20 hours of Life and Career skills

 

Requirements

  • 18 years of age
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Intermediate level English
  • High school diploma or GED from any country
  • Must pass a background check and drug screen
  • Pass reading, math, and computer skills assessment
