Elisa Udaskin is Director of Employer Engagement at JVS of MetroWest. In her role, Elisa’s focus is on building and strengthening strategic partnerships with employers to expand JVS’s workforce training programs and work with employers, community organizations, and stakeholders to improve employment possibilities and expand opportunities for JVS clients. She was previously a Career Specialist at JVS.

Elisa has an extensive background in strategy, marketing, business management and partnership roles with 20 years at Mondelez (Kraft Foods, Nabisco, and Cadbury). She is the author of the book, “Be a Mensch: Unleash Your Power to be Kind and Help Others.” Elisa holds both an MBA and an MA in International Development. She has worked and lived in Canada, US, Singapore, and Israel.
