DESCRIPTION:Winter classes start soon!\nAPPLY NOW | English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) Classes | Winter Session: January — March | East Orange\, NJ \nThe JVS Education & Literacy department offers three levels of instruction for English language learners — Beginners\, Intermediate\, and Advanced. \nThe highly interactive\, practical program provides 12 hours of weekly instruction for a total of 120 class hours. Instructor-led classes are supplemented by individualized tutoring. \nEach course focuses on building the following skills necessary for daily living and work: \n\nBasic conversation\nCompleting forms\nJob-readiness\nWriting sentences\nNumber sense\n\nClass level is determined after an English assessment is given during the enrollment process. \nTO REGISTER\nOur next English for Speakers of Other Languages program runs from January to March 2025.
