Session One: Reimagine

In Session 1, we examine the employer-employee relationship, what has changed, regardless of Covid-19, and what to do about it. Critical areas impacted and discussed include business strategy, business model, culture, strategic planning, succession planning, and daily operations.

Session Two: Re-engage

In Session 2, we look at the leadership style and approach required to engage this generation of workers. Practice areas discussed include leadership approach, leadership presence, building and sustaining employee trust, team building, and goal setting.   

Session Three: Retain

In Session 3, we delve into retention strategies to implement from onboarding through evaluation performance. We will look at how to best travel the employee lifecycle with your employees so they are more productive and engaged. Practice areas discussed include team building, transformative coaching techniques, performance reviews, and career pathing.

Session Four: Recruitment

In Session 4, we explore new ways to advertise, screen, and interview this new generation of candidates to attract and hire the best fit, minimize guesswork, and set the stage for a mutually beneficial, healthy, and productive relationship.
