Job-Seekers Workshop: How to Develop a Powerful and Memorable Elevator Pitch

You step into an elevator. A well-dressed person enters right after you. They’re the president of the company you’ve always wanted to work for. The person hits the button for the 7th floor and says “hello” to you. Can you tell them who you are, what you do, how their company can benefit from your work, AND leave a lasting impression before the elevator doors open on the 7th floor? You can, with a well-crafted and rehearsed elevator pitch.

At this interactive virtual workshop, Marty Latman, Business Advisor/Coach/Recruiter, will answer the following questions:

  • What is the Elevator Pitch?
  • How do you construct it?
  • How do you deliver it?
  • Why is it important?
  • What messaging should it include?
